Goal

Having tasted success with our Amazon poster business, the plan was to improve margins by taking on the next phase of the business ourselves, distribution. With that goal in mind, we set out to create an e-commerce platform that effectively displays and sells various categories of my art while maintaining a sleek and user-friendly interface that enhances the customer journey.

Process

We started by curating a wide range of artwork, categorized into distinct themes and styles to ensure ease of navigation for users. The following steps were critical to the launch:

This allowed users to browse effortlessly through collections. Emphasis was placed on optimizing the customer journey from product discovery to checkout, ensuring an intuitive process. We also integrated responsive design elements to enhance mobile browsing.

The shop was aligned with Design Crescendo’s existing branding, featuring cohesive visuals and a seamless transition from social media campaigns to the e-commerce platform. Additionally, a fullblown social media strategy along with multiple ad campaigns has been planned to ensure steady sales.

Result

The launch of Design Crescendo’s online art shop received an enthusiastic response, with users appreciating the streamlined navigation and diverse art collections. Sales is slowing increasing due to improved visibility and the cohesive user experience across the platform.
